Get back to your conversation.

Start with the quick checks below. Shravana keeps diagnostics on your computer until you choose to share them.

Fix the most common problems first.

No sound or a flat waveform

  1. Open Settings → Audio & diagnostics.
  2. Select the microphone you are actually using.
  3. Speak and confirm that the live waveform moves.
  4. Open Windows microphone privacy settings if it does not.

A meeting was not noticed

  1. Keep Shravana running in the Windows tray.
  2. Enable Notice calls outside your calendar.
  3. Confirm the meeting app is using the microphone.
  4. Use the tray command or recording shortcut if needed.

Calendar will not connect

  1. Use the normal browser window Shravana opens.
  2. Complete the provider's consent screen.
  3. Return to Shravana after the local success page appears.
  4. Disconnect and reconnect if the account changed.

A phone is waiting for the computer

  1. Open Shravana on both devices.
  2. Keep both devices online.
  3. Confirm the paired device remains trusted.
  4. Use Sync remaining when the computer becomes available.

When something feels wrong, email the version, Windows version, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot is helpful. A meeting recording is not required.

Send only what you are comfortable sharing.

Email support@shravana.app with your Shravana version, Windows version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not attach a recording unless it is necessary and everyone involved has agreed.

Shravana does not automatically upload recordings, transcripts, or diagnostic history when you ask for help.
